Charlotte's Web by E.B. White
We read the book, looked up vocabulary words, answered analysis questions, played blue ribbon bingo, wrote diamante poetry, and created Venn diagrams. Culminating activities are always the favorite; we put on a puppet show, and created barn dioramas.
Mr. Zuckerman's barn
Gavin's- notice the silo and the roof.
David's - if you look really close there are little animals made of playdough each in its own stall. (Wilbur, sheep, goose, Templeton, and horse.)
Katie - notice the detail of the feed trough, and the real hay in the corner.
Hannah's - notice the trough and the pen's for each animal
