When the cousins came we decided to go to the Battleship North Carolina. It was great. It is very open as long there is not a chain or the door is not closed you can go any where and touch anything.

This is the first battleship North Carolina. It sailed during the Revolutionary war.

Here is the second North Carolina it was an iron clad.

This is third North Carolina.

This the North Carolina that fought in World War II and the one we explored.  The fifth and current North Carolina is a submarine but we did not get a picture it.

Here is one of the two planes that could be catapulted or sling shot off the ship.

Here is a typical doorway it is small and you have to watch your step because the door is about a foot above the floor, the perfect height for tripping on.

Here is the room that holds the shells for the gigantic guns on the top deck. This room is especially hard to find so Gavin and Michael made their mission to find.

Here is the powder room it holds the powder that projects the before seen shells.

The deck is lined with theses machine guns.

This the anchor at the front of the ship.

There is an alligator sun bathing on this rock his name is Charlie.

Here is one of the many stair cases. hey are super steep and it is easy to bump your head coming down.
