We spent this Thanksgiving at Uncle Jared's. We had a great time.

| The grownups spent a lot of time in the kitchen. |

| The boys spent a lot of time on the couch, not shown are the tablets they played on. They guys were waking up at 5:30 to get in extra screen-time. |

| We had a lot of fun with Megan. |

| Here, you can see Gavin, Micheal, and Katie playing the World's funnest computer game Spore. |

| Katie loved creating her own creature. |

| Many, many, many thanks to Uncle Jared and Aunt Dianne for letting us invade their house for the weekend. They cooked amazing meals every day. |
| On Friday we set up the outdoor Christmas decorations. Hannah and Megan manned the ladders to put up lights. |
| Katie is all set to blow-up the snowman. |
| Mr. Frosty just needs a hand from Aunt Dianne. |
| Hannah dressed up as a Christmas tree. |
| Ryan playing the accordion (that is older than he is.) |
| The greenery had to be draped just right. |
| Uncle Jared on the accordion and Ryan on the tuba. |
| Jessica is still learning how to play the ukulele. |
| We had a very festive-feeling time. Uncle Jared played the accordion, Ryan the tuba, Emily the ukulele, and Hannah and Megan wound the lights. Maggie loved being outside, watching everything. |
| Walking Maggie around the block was a dream come true for David and Braden. |
| Spencer is putting his head inside the tuba. Putting your head inside a tuba should be on everyone's life list; the resonating noise causes your head to vibrate in a truly unique way. |
| Guess what flew over the street while we were putting up Christmas decorations? A Bald Eagle! I thought these birds were extremely rare, but they must be making a comeback in Virginia as we saw one on Friday and another on Saturday (sitting on a stump in a swamp.) |
| Maggie is getting very old; she can't hear very well or walk long distances, but she still patrols the floor at meal times. |
| The little kids loved the mega leaf piles in the driveway. |
| All you have to do is take a flying leap! |
| The ride home was not bad; this is how we started out. |
This is how everyone looked by the time we got home.
Happy Thanksgiving! |
Oh man how we wish we could have been there! Looks like so much fun! We miss all of you so much! Thanks for sharing the great pictures. Love you guys!
