This week has not been a picture-full week.  With school, scouts, Young Women's, and writing talks for Sunday, we have been busy.  However, these interesting pictures were discovered on the camera.
There are so many important things the Scouting program teaches- how to act, how to build fires, how to camp- but the one thing that Spencer seems to have picked up on the most is how to tie knots and braid rope.  Naturally, if you are falling off a cliff or about to drown, this could be a life-saving skill.  However, if you're bored one afternoon and have some rope, knots can also furnish some fun.  Spencer braided this rope into fashion statements for Gavin and David.  The biggest hit- the wig.
David's magnified smile matches his magnified hair-do.

Although this is more of a judge's wig, you could actually make a good imitation of George Washington's hair style.

This w-shaped strawberry grew in the garden.  Isn't it funny?

These cool caterpillars are almost everywhere.  We don't know what they turn into though.
