Happy Easter!
Saturday was full of activity: Easter egg hunt, coloring eggs, and candy making.
We have never made candy before but I just couldn't bring myself to buy several bags of candy at the store knowing that none of it was good for us. For some reason the idea of buying baking supplies- chocolate, coconut, powdered sugar- seemed more acceptable. We made caramels, peanut butter cups, cream filled chocolates, and coconut mounds.
