IT'S SNOWING!!!

That's right- it's snowing here!  Only Dad, Jessica,Emily,Spencer, and Hannah went to church today, Katie being sick and mom having to stay home with her.  It had been raining all last night but as we drove the drops and pieces of ice turned to real live snowflakes.  It continued snowing while we were in church.  We had only Sacrament meeting because of safety concerns, but Sacrament meeting was, by the way, really good this Sunday.  All the way from Hampstead to Sneads ferry the ground was blanketed by about an inch of snow.  The snow was even coming down in Sneads Ferry, although it wasn't blanketing the ground.  It has continued to snow all day, covering cars and sometimes gathering in the nooks between tree roots and in leaf piles.  It is melting as soon as it hits the ground but that's ok, we still got our white day-after Christmas.  Merry Christmas Everybody!
