This Week

It is raining again today, as it did yesterday.  However, today it really came down!  (Spencer and Jessica had to run out and put the hay bales in the front yard to keep it from disappearing.)  We haven't spent the week looking longingly out the windows though.  For a couple of days we went to the nearby tennis courts to regain our tennis skills.  At first everyone had a hard time just getting the racket to touch the ball but by the second day we were able to get the ball back and forth across the net before a wild hit would send it shooting off across the court.  Yesterday night Mom, Dad, Jessica, Emily, and Braden went to the Young Womens in Excellence at the church.  ...To be continued...
